Physical Damage

Sometimes shipping providers don't know what "fragile" means. On rare occasion, plants may arrive damaged from the carrier. We do not offer refunds or returns for damaged plants after we have released the package to the carrier. 

Undelivered Packages

Rarely, there are instances where packages are not delivered correctly. In these cases, we will help you track down the package. Most are found after a couple of days. Refunds cannot be given for missing or stolen packages. We do not recommend shipping to locations with high rates of theft.
